Visible Metro Staff

Visible Metro Staff

Some Co-Researchers found CCTV reassuring in this respect, others questioned whether CCTV was for the benefit of passengers or Metro.

As a woman who has traveled alone on the metro I think having visible metro staff who check or issue tickets to passengers would help to stop drunks harassing passengers, vandalism, people putting their feet on the seats and cut down on fair dodgers as well as improving the publics safety.
